The Last Day of “School”

Lara’s last day of her first year of pre-school was bittersweet.  I love to see her growing into a fabulous little girl.  I’m saddened by the way time is flying (very, very quickly) by.

The Wonderful Ms Angela read them a story to help them transition into their new classrooms.  Lara told us that she wasn’t scared of her new class and she was a big girl, ready to go to Ms Mayda’s class.  Sigh.

We will ALL miss Ms A SO much.  She is a beautiful person and has blessed us more than she even knows.  I am very thankful that we had her in our lives for a whole school year.  🙂

We had a beautiful outing day planned.  We took the train downtown and had lunch at Bottega Louie.  We shared Calamari, Pepperoni Pizza and Penne Pomodoro.  Delicious.  We also had macaroons.  After our train ride back home, we went to see Toy Story 3 (NOT in 3D.  Because 3D makes me eyes go cross and my temples throb).  We laughed, we cried.  I can’t believe Andy left for college!  I can’t believe Lara will go to pre-school all day in September!  Like I said, bittersweet.
