A very Choristers Christmas

This year was Lara’s first participating in
Pre-Choristers. It is an extra-curricular class that
teaches pre-school kids singing basics. They make it fun
for them by also interweaving music-based crafts. They had a
lovely recital mid-December. We got there right on time
to usher her into the line walking from the classroom to the
auditorium. DSC_0001 DSC_0005 Here is
their teacher (the school’s Kindergarten teacher) lining the kids
up. DSC_0008 Waiting
patiently for her turn. They sang “Go Tell It On The
Mountain” and “I Would Have Been Surprised, Too”, accompanied by
older kids. DSC_0010 DSC_0014 DSC_0015 DSC_0016 DSC_0017 Ready to

all came out to support Lara’s endeavor. We love our
them. DSC_0040 DSC_0043 DSC_0052 Just
hanging around after the recital. 🙂 DSC_0056 DSC_0058 There was a
2nd show a few hours afterwards (we didn’t have any tickets for
it). We left Lara with her friends to play duck, duck, goose
while Stephen and I went to have lunch at Wahoo’s. We made it
back in time to catch her sing her part again. DSC_0082 DSC_0084 Then, we
enjoyed a dessert potluck. Well deserved treat for a job well
done! DSC_0099 With Mrs
Dashiell…the epitome of a wonderful kindergarten Teacher. 🙂
