My favorite season. Why does it have to end so fast? Couldn’t Jesus’s birthday be celebrated year-round? I still have my tree up and I am NOT ashamed, hehehe.
This is our tree in the beginning stages.
This is a fully matured tree with all of the gifts wrapped and ready to give out. We were truly blessed this year with the ability to gift most of our family and friends. The Parras hope you all enjoyed the small tokens of our love! 🙂
Christmas Eve…an interesting face.
Right before the gift opening madness began.
Helping Tia Sandy open her personalized throw.
That’s me…playing Mrs Santa and handing out gifts. BTW…we don’t do Santa in our house. All of the gifts we gave Lara were from us and she didn’t get any special Santa gifts. I just don’t get the point of Santa! It was SO super annoying when people would ask Lara, “What did Santa bring you?”. Aaaargh!
Awww, holding Maddy. So precious and new.
She reminded me of the First Christmas of 2 other little girls….. 4 years ago.
One of Lara’s fave gifts from her Tia Susie.
I made the girls try on the clothes we bought them. JAZZZ, huh? They’re SO lovely and grown!
Christmas Day, opening gifts from Mom and Dad. And, fighting with Ricky over ribbon.
We gave her a misc assortment of clothes/toys/etc. My favorite thing we bought her was this:
With the letter “L” and a pearl.
To Grandmother’s apartment we go!
A beautiful Madeline purse that Tio bought her. She didn’t waste time and started to decorate.
Em and Papa…Christmas Day Eve.
The best part? After opening every gift, Lara would exclaim, “It’s what I’ve always wanted!”. SO grateful. 🙂
